We want you to be completely satisfied with your PARLOR XXIV purchase. If you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and returned in its original packaging. Because our pieces are made to be kept, items that show signs of use, play, or display may not qualify for a full refund.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact us at contact@parlorxxiv.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable period. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Because of the value of our pieces, we strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. We cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at contact@parlorxxiv.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
