Every PARLOR XXIV order is prepared with care and packaged to protect your piece in transit. This policy explains how we process and ship your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. If you would like to place an order for delivery outside the United States, please contact us at contact@parlorxxiv.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed; actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Packaging and Insurance

Given the value of our pieces, orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@parlorxxiv.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within the expected window, please contact us at contact@parlorxxiv.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
