Refund policy

Returns

We want you to live with your set before deciding. If it is not right for you, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it.

To be accepted, an item must come back in the condition you received it, unused, with all pieces included, in its original case and packaging.

Free returns

Return shipping is on us, whatever the reason. To start a return, email contact@parlorxxiv.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with your return instructions and everything you need to send the set back at no cost to you. Please wait for those instructions before sending anything, as returns shipped without them cannot be tracked or refunded.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt, and your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to post it.

Exchanges

If you would rather change color or model, email us and we will arrange it as a return followed by a new order, so you are never left waiting on stock.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or not as ordered, email contact@parlorxxiv.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging.

The remedy is your choice, not ours. We will replace the set or take it back for a full refund, always at our cost and never with a return fee deducted. If the fault is purely cosmetic and you would rather keep the set than wait on a replacement, we can agree a partial refund instead, but only if you prefer it and only at an amount you have accepted in writing beforehand.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order at no charge as long as it has not shipped. Email us as soon as possible and we will stop it if we still can. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return policy above.
