Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, to all 50 states.

Free shipping

Shipping is complimentary on every order. There is no minimum and no surcharge added at checkout.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 6 to 8 business days from the day you order, processing included. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout before you pay.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday begin processing the next business day.

Tracking

You receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking link as soon as it ships. You can follow your parcel at any time from the Track your order page.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather and holiday volume are outside our control, and they occasionally add a few days. If your order passes 8 business days without moving, email contact@parlorxxiv.com with your order number and we will chase it for you.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email contact@parlorxxiv.com within 14 days of the expected or actual delivery date and we will make it right.
